The space
The Favorites' Retreat is a thoughtfully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath mountain home that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The open living space is perfect for gathering after a day of adventure, while the spacious deck offers a peaceful place to relax among the pines. With two king bedrooms, a queen room, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds, it's ideal for families and groups. Guests also enjoy private Twain Harte Lake access, a VIP Dodge Ridge parking pass, a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a cozy fireplace, BBQ, EV charging, and an easy walk to downtown Twain Harte.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and spacious outdoor deck. You'll also have access to private Twain Harte Lake (seasonal), a VIP Dodge Ridge parking pass (winter), the BBQ, EV charging outlet, and driveway parking. The only areas not accessible are a few locked owner's closets used for supplies and personal storage.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
The home is located in the mountains, so you may encounter wildlife such as deer, squirrels, raccoons, or bears. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
During the winter months, snow and icy conditions are possible. We recommend checking road conditions before your trip and carry chains when required.
Private Twain Harte Lake access is included; however, guests are responsible for paying the lake's daily or seasonal entrance fees.
The VIP Dodge Ridge parking pass is available during ski season. Please return the pass before checkout to avoid replacement fees.
Please use the EV charging outlet during the evening or overnight hours whenever possible.
A few owner's closets are locked and reserved for owner supplies.

While we won't be on-site during your stay, we're always just a message or phone call away if you need anything. We also have a local support team available to assist with any questions or issues that may come up, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with confidence.
